HR Brand Award
The Young Professionals Tournament TeMP-2012 organized by the Rosatom State Corporation on the platform of Witology to attract talented young professionals to the nuclear industry received the 2012 HR Brand Award in the Federation Category.
Among runners-up were Microsoft, PepsiCo and Sibur.
TeMP-2012 also won the HR Jumping off Point Award instituted by IBS for the use of the latest information technologies in HR Management.

Instituted by the company Headhunter in 2006, the HR Brand Award is an independent annual award for the most successful efforts to improve company reputation as employer.
Andrey Afonin, General Director of the Corporate Academy of Rosatom, said,
‘Winning the Best HR Project Award at the summit of Russia and the CIS’ HR Directors, which was organized by the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs and LBS International Conferences, the project TeMP has received recognition from the expert community. The first prize in the prestigious 2012 HR Brand Competition has reaffirmed its uniqueness, innovativeness and success.
