XIII HR-Directors Summit: Andrey Afonin, General Director of the Corporate Academy of Rosatom getting the Award
The Russia & CIS People Management Award was established by the HR Directors Summit Committee in 2011 for spreading best practices in People Management and encouraging the companies implementing advanced methods and technologies in HR.
Andrey Afonin, General Director of the Corporate Academy of Rosatom, said,
‘We knew that the TeMP had no analogues in Russia and perhaps in the world in terms of innovation, scope and diversity of tasks. The project was most likely to become the best HR-project of the year in Russia. But when we saw that among our competitors were such leading companies as Sberbank, MTS, Sibur, Megafon, Russian Railways and others with long experience in human resource management, we realized that we would face very serious competition,’
Alexander Malioukov, Witology President, said,
‘The Award testifies to the fact that the HR-professional community has recognized benefits of crowdsourcing for talent search and selection. We call this application of crowdsourcing ‘crowdrecruiting’ and are happy that our first project for the Rosatom State Corporation has been successful.’
