Young Professionals Tournament «TeMP 2013″

«TeMP 2012″ was aknowledged the Best HR-project of 2012 in Russia for effective applying crowdsourcing technologies in broadscale recruting young professionals in the atomic industry. Following its success the State Atomic Energy Corporation ROSATOM and Witology are launching another crowdrecruiting project — «TeMP 2013″. Senior students and beginning specialists will have an opportunity to approve themselves in team work with experts solving real business cases, to win prizes, meet the c-suite of the atomic industry and the most important — to get into the ROSATOM talent pool.  More about the project (in Russian)

National Entrepreneurial Initiative on Improving Investment Climate in Russian Federation

Agency of Strategic Initiatives (ASI) and Witology are happy to announce that all the crowdsourcing projects planned for 2012 within the framework of the National Entrepreneurial Initiative on Improving investment climate in Russian Federation. have been successfully carried out.

More than 16 000 unique crowdsourcers have take part in the collective work on the following strategic initiatives:

• Improving customs administration;
• Support of export and access to the foreign markets;
• Building effective communication and feedback system for entrepreneurs’ requests;
• Access of the medium-seized businesses to infrastructure monopolies’ procurement;
• Optimizing property registration procedures;
• Optimizing legal entities registration procedures;
• Enhancing the business regulatory system
• Developing market competition and improving the anti-monopoly policy;
• Building the National competences and qualifications system;
• Improving tax administration.

The best ideas are included into the action roadmaps and are be presented to the Supervisory Board of ASI under the Russian Federation Government.

Crowdsourcing work on another set of new strategic initiatives is planned for 2013 as well as crowdsourced monitoring of implementation of action roadmaps.

Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev at World Economic Forum 2013 in Davos highlights the importance of using interactive forms of cooperation between authorities and society, such as crowdsourcing.
